Digital Communication Policy

This Digital Communications Policy ("Policy") outlines the acceptable use of electronic communications, including text messages and emails, between Charted Way Foundation ("Foundation") and its end users for the purpose of providing information and updates related to the Foundation's programs, services, and initiatives.

To opt out of digital communications from the Foundation, please send an email to info@chartedway.org with the subject line "Unsubscribe - Digital Communications". Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your request to be processed.

The Foundation will only use digital communications to provide important information and updates related to our programs, services, and initiatives. These messages may include newsletters, event invitations, program registration reminders, or other similar content.
